The Westinghouse WGen3600DFc is the newer version of the WGen3600DF. It's a portable generator mostly geared towards:

Power & Run Time

The Westinghouse WGen3600DFc

Thanks to its dual-fuel technology, the Westinghouse WGen3600DFc provides a 120V output and offers both versatility and power. When utilizing gasoline, it delivers a running wattage of 3,600W and a starting wattage of 4,650W. Alternatively, when operating on propane, it provides 3,240 running watts and 4,180 starting watts.

With a noise rating of 68 dBA (less noisy than an office), the generator features a traditional recoil pull-start mechanism, but also a simple and elegant electric starter (battery included). For added user convenience, the WGen3600DFc is equipped with remote starting capabilities (key fob included).

With a fuel capacity of 4 gallons, the WGen3600DFc can operate for up to 14 hours using gasoline (fuel consumption around 0.29 GPH), or for up to 16.5 hours (on a 20 lbs tank - propane consumption around 0.28 GPH) using propane.

Due to the high THD (<23%) of the WGen3600DFc, it is advised against using it for powering sensitive electronic devices.

Portability

With a size of L23.3 x W22.8 x H21.3 in, the Westinghouse WGen3600DFc features an open frame design, providing stability and simplified maintenance access to components, enhancing air circulation. This type of design is ideal for tough environments and heavy outdoor use.

Even though this device may be technically portable (as in movable), manipulation and transportation without special equipment can be a challenge, as it weighs 121.1 pounds. However, the lack of maneuverability can be offset with its wheel kit and its folding handle, which allows for convenient shifting once the generator is placed on the ground.

Thanks to its built-in fuel gauge, the generator allows you to quickly, conveniently, and easily check the gas level at a glance.

As for its security measures, the device features an overload protection (circuit breaker) and an automatic low oil shut-off, letting you use it with a peace of mind.

It also includes a carbon monoxide sensor. This sensor is designed to monitor the level of carbon monoxide present during the generator's operation. If the generator is positioned incorrectly and carbon monoxide levels rise to an unsafe level, the generator will automatically shut down.
