Will it be better to buy two of these 1600 running watts and parallel them together to get 3200 watts or buy the single 3000 running watts generator (Asked March 05, 2021)
That's essentially a matter of taste and/or budget. Either way has its pros and cons.

For general, all-temperature use, SAE 10W-30 is recommended.
when you shut the fuel off will it run and empty the carburetor of fuel to keep carb cleaned out (Asked September 17, 2021)
When the fuel shut-off valve is closed, the generator will keep running until fuel starvation has stopped the engine.

I’ve owned this generator for about 18 months now, and bought it for our truck camper. I’ve recently had the opportunity to lean on it during a 2+ day power outage here in CA, and it continues to impress, running two refrigerator/freezer units at the same time for hours on end, even in eco mode! I bought it at Costco at a bargain price and I’m really impressed by the size (fits in one of my exterior RV hatches with room to spare) weight, power and efficiency- runs for hours and hours on less than a gallon of gas, even at high loads. Firman also was great in sending me high altitude jets for winter camping in the Sierra at no charge once I registered the product. Pat attention to the need to break in your generator properly and I’m confident this unit will serve you well for a long time- quiet, efficient, lightweight power with a maximum of 3 pulls every time! (And 3 pulls only because I turn off the fuel supply to let it run itself dry between each use.) Great generator, awesome value!
