The DuroStar DS4000S
Running on gasoline, the DuroStar DS4000S operates with a 208 cc (7 hp) DuroStar OHV 4-stroke engine, delivering 120V, with a running wattage of 3,300W and a peak wattage of 4,000W.
Rated for 69 dBA (less noisy than an office), the generator's starting mechanism relies on a classic hand-operated recoil starting mechanism.
Featuring a 4 gallons fuel tank, the DS4000S provides continuous power for up to 26 hours on a full tank (fuel consumption around 0.15 GPH).
As the DS4000S exhibits a THD of less than 12%, which is relatively high, it is best avoided for powering sensitive electronic devices.

This DuroStar generator features an L5-30R receptacle, enabling an easy RV connection via an L5-30P to TT-30R adaptor. However, it is still not quite RV ready.

The DS4000S's control panel
The DS4000S and its control panel include a convenient voltmeter, which provides an easy way to monitor power output anytime. This feature comes handy when monitoring its status and activity.
In addition to this info, the generator's light indicator provides visual feedback when the oil level is too low.
A built-in fuel gauge allows for a quick, easy and convenient check of the fuel level of the generator.
