Featuring a noise rating of 74 dBA (just slightly more noisy than a dishwasher), the generator is equipped with both a conventional pull-start mechanism and a user-friendly and hassle-free electric starter (battery included) for starting.

With a fuel capacity of 8.3 gallons, the DS11000DX can operate for up to 19 hours using gasoline (fuel consumption around 0.44 GPH), or for up to 7 hours (on a 20 lbs tank - propane consumption around 0.67 GPH) using propane.
